In Verbindung mit dem Kabelbinder für Kurierdraht TAS-120L kann ein zusätzlicher Metallbinder als Brandschutzinstallation verwendet werden. Der empfohlene Installationsabstand beträgt 8 - 10 m (26 - 32 ft). Anpassungen können mit dem Werkzeug MK9SST vorgenommen werden.
