PRO FLG base with 1" thread for base station antennas

Features / advantages

• With this flange, all antennas specially designed for mounting on 1" threaded water pipes can be mounted on deck, on the wheelhouse roof, on the cabin roof or on any other horizontal or near-horizontal surface.
• The 1" water pipe mounting system for antennas has become established worldwide in the marine sector. The antennas are equipped with a rotating nut that fits on 1" threaded water pipes. The following models from the Procom range of marine antennas are designed for this type of mounting:
• CXL 3-1, CXL 2-1/..., CXL 2-3, CXL-VHF/GSM, MARCELL, MARCELL 3+, CXL 70-1/..., CXL 70-3/..., CXL 900-1/..., CXL 900-3/..., CXL 1800-1/...., CXL 1800-3/. ..., CXL 1800-6/..., CXL 2400-1/..., CXL 2400-3/..., CXL 2400-6/..., CXL 900/1800/1900/UMTS and GPS 4/....
• These antenna types can be installed immediately with the FLG.
• The FLG is made of triple chrome-plated solid brass. The supplied fittings are made of stainless steel.
• The supplied conical spacer is used to compensate for sloping surfaces in order to bring the antenna into a vertical position. The disc is made of UV-stabilized plastic and is able to compensate for slopes of up to 7.5°.
• Please note that an antenna should always be mounted as free of obstacles as possible. Objects near the antenna, especially parallel metallic parts (other antennas, wires, etc.) can significantly degrade the SWR and radiation pattern of the antenna.
• The FLG deck mount clamp is one member of a complete family of Procom clamps for 1" tube mount antennas. The complete family is shown below. With the FLG or one of these accessories, a vast majority of all installations can be accomplished.
