This Motorola Solutions desktop charger is an IMPRES multiple charger (100-240VAC) and can charge up to 6 handheld radios simultaneously.
This charger set consists of the 6-fold charger PMPN4283 and the 230V mains connection cable EU 3087791G04
Functions and advantages
If IMPRES or IMPRES 2 batteries are charged with an IMPRES charger, the batteries are regularly calibrated and reconditioned.
This contributes to
- Maximizing battery life by significantly reducing heat during trickle cycles or cycles after charging.
- Determination of the current battery status so that the radio user is informed of the effective usage time.
- Higher charging rate for the IMPRES or IMPRES 2 lithium-ion battery.
- Calibration and reconditioning are performed when required.
- Minimization of heating of the IMPRES or IMPRES 2 battery regardless of how long the battery remains in the charging cradle.
- Regular charging of the battery in the charging cradle so that it is always ready for use.
- Elimination of the memory effect with nickel batteries.
With this unique patented system, you do not have to constantly check or remove IMPRES 2 batteries from the charger for a maximum service life. The check is carried out by the charger.
