FEATURES/ADVANTAGES

  • CXL 70-1LW/... is a 0 dBd, vertically polarized, omnidirectional base station and marine antenna covering the 450 MHz band in three versions.
  • The carefully designed, broadband ½ λ dipole radiating element is made of brass tubing and enclosed in a high quality, low wind load, tapered fiberglass tube.
  • Equipped with the sturdy "LW" pole mount - a lightweight, versatile, epoxy-coated mounting bracket made of corrosion-free aluminum.
  • The associated U-brackets and fittings are made of stainless steel.
  • For mounting on vertical or horizontal mast tubes with an outer diameter of 16 to 54 mm.
  • The cable can be routed along the outside or inside of the mast tube.
  • Wide bandwidth in terms of both SWR and gain.
  • To significantly reduce interference from atmospheric discharges, all metal parts of the antenna are DC earthed. Consequently, the antenna has a DC short circuit via the coaxial cable.
  • The CXL 70-1LW/... is a vibration-resistant, lightweight, slim, corrosion-resistant, modern base station and marine antenna.
