Repairs

We will handle warranties and repairs for you, even if you have not purchased the item from us. 

For this we will charge you a flat rate of 60.00 EUR (net) plus any repair costs of the respective manufacturer plus shipping costs.

By sending in your item, you accept that a lump sum of EUR 60.00 (net) will be charged for the cost estimate for devices outside the warranty period. This amount will not be charged if a repair order has been placed.

If, after thorough analysis and examination, no fault can be found in the item sent in, an analysis fee of EUR 60.00 (net) plus shipping costs will be charged.

After completing the online process, you will receive a PDF document with the RMA number and all relevant information on the further procedure by e-mail within a short time.
