  • This versatile, omnidirectional 0 dBd rod antenna for base stations and marine applications covers the 160 MHz band in three models with 10 MHz overlap and can be used in a variety of applications.
  • The broadband ½ λ dipole antenna element is enclosed in a high quality, low wind load, tapered fiberglass tube, ensuring undisturbed performance through corrosive environments.
  • Included is the rugged "LW" mast mount - a lightweight, versatile, epoxy-coated mount made of non-corrosive aluminum.
  • The associated U-brackets and fittings are made of stainless steel.
  • For mounting on vertical or horizontal pole tubes with an outer diameter of 16 to 54 mm.
  • The cable can be routed along the outside or inside of the mast tube.
  • Wide range in terms of both SWR and gain.
  • The CXL 2-1LW/... is DC earthed to significantly reduce interference from atmospheric discharges and therefore has a DC short circuit via the coaxial cable.
  • The CXL 2-1LW/... is a vibration-resistant, lightweight, slim, corrosion-resistant, modern base station and marine antenna.
  • For extreme marine environments, the use of the CXL 150-1LW-SS-R/.... is recommended.
