KIL K-TERM82 Short Case, incl. option Audio WAV file output on event

The K-TERM 82 mobile control unit is used for mobile data acquisition and for controlling external consumers.

The device is equipped with various communication interfaces and analog and digital inputs.

The device can be operated in the following modes:

Connection to DMR radios

The device can be connected to a DMR radio via USB. Outputs can be controlled via radio data transmission. Changes to inputs are forwarded via radio data transmission.

Standalone operation

Control sequences are programmed into the K-TERM 82 using the K-TERM programming languages. The device operates according to the programmed sequences.

Serial connection

All inputs and outputs can be managed using the K-TERM 82 serial control protocol.

The device also has various connections that can be used for special customer applications (LAN, CAN).

Inputs and outputs

All inputs and outputs are protected against reverse polarity and short circuits. They are also equipped with a thermal cut-out.

IP data transfer

If the K-TERM 82 is equipped with an IP module, TCP or UDP data is transmitted transparently via the radio channel.

Each station can be set individually as:

• UDP receiver and transmitter
• TCP server
• TCP client

Data is transmitted in packets of maximum 1000 bytes.

Setting the parameters

The K-TERM CPS program is used to configure the K-TERM 82. A programming box is also required.
