FEATURES/ADVANTAGES
- CXL 2-3C-PT is a robust, 3 dBd, vertically polarized, omnidirectional base station antenna.
- The antenna is approved as lightning current resistant (10/350 μs pulses/150 kA) in accordance with EN 62305-1.
- The antenna is supplied with a "C" mast bracket, a universal, epoxy-coated mounting bracket made of corrosion-free aluminum. The associated U-brackets and fittings are made of stainless steel.
- The antenna can be mounted on mast tubes with a diameter of 27 to 65 mm and it is possible to run the cable along either the inside or outside of the mast tube.
- The antenna element is completely enclosed by a fiberglass cover, which ensures undisturbed operation in all climate zones.
- To significantly reduce interference from atmospheric discharges, all metal parts of the antenna are DC earthed. Consequently, the antenna has a DC short circuit via the coaxial cable.
- This antenna is designed to ensure long, reliable operation in all climatic zones.
- The earthing conductors must be selected in accordance with IEC 62305-3.
