CXL 2-3C-PT is a robust, 3 dBd, vertically polarized, omnidirectional base station antenna.
The antenna is approved as lightning current resistant (10/350 μs pulses/150 kA) in accordance with EN 62305-1.
The antenna is supplied with a "C" mast bracket, a universal, epoxy-coated mounting bracket made of corrosion-free aluminum. The associated U-brackets and fittings are made of stainless steel.
The antenna can be mounted on mast tubes with a diameter of 27 to 65 mm and it is possible to run the cable along either the inside or outside of the mast tube.
The antenna element is completely enclosed by a fiberglass cover, which ensures undisturbed operation in all climate zones.
To significantly reduce interference from atmospheric discharges, all metal parts of the antenna are DC earthed. Consequently, the antenna has a DC short circuit via the coaxial cable.
This antenna is designed to ensure long, reliable operation in all climatic zones.
The earthing conductors must be selected in accordance with IEC 62305-3.
