CXL 900-3LW/... is a 3 dBd, vertically polarized, omnidirectional rod antenna covering the 900 MHz band in four versions.
The carefully designed broadband antenna element is enclosed in a high quality, low wind load, conical fiberglass tube that ensures performance undisturbed by corrosive environments.
The phasing of the radiating elements is tuned to maximize gain in the horizontal plane while minimizing the level of side lobes.
Included is the robust "LW" pole mount - a lightweight, versatile, epoxy-coated mounting bracket made from corrosion-resistant aluminum.
The associated U-brackets and fittings are made of stainless steel.
For mounting on vertical or horizontal mast tubes with an outer diameter of 16 to 54 mm.
The cable can be routed along the outside or inside of the mast tube.
Wide bandwidth in terms of both SWR and gain.
To significantly reduce interference from atmospheric discharges, all metal parts of the antenna are DC earthed. The antenna therefore has a DC short circuit via the coaxial cable.
The CXL 900-3LW/... is a vibration-resistant, lightweight, slim, corrosion-resistant, modern base station and marine antenna.
