FEATURES/ADVANTAGES
- CXL 70-5C/T-8/...-PT is a vertically polarized, omnidirectional 5 dBd base station antenna for the TETRA bands.
- The antenna has a bandwidth of 20 MHz.
- The antenna is approved for a lightning resistance of max. (10/350 μs pulses/200 kA) according to DIN EN 62475 in the laboratory of the FH-Kiel in Germany.
- The antenna is equipped with our universal mounting bracket "C" made of epoxy-coated, seawater-resistant aluminum. The associated brackets and fittings are made of stainless steel.
- CXL 70-5C/T-8/...-PT can be mounted on mast tubes with a diameter of 27 to 65 mm, and it is possible to route the cable either along the inside or the outside of the mast tube.
- The antenna element is welded into a high-quality, cylindrical fiberglass tube with low wind load, which ensures undisturbed performance under all climatic conditions.
- To significantly reduce noise caused by atmospheric discharges, all metal parts in the antenna are DC earthed. Consequently, the antenna has a DC short circuit via the coaxial cable.
- The exceptional mechanical capabilities of this antenna ensure long and reliable operation in all environments.
