CXL 4-2C/... is an omnidirectional rod antenna with 0 dBd gain for the 80 MHz band.
The 80 MHz band is covered in 4 frequency segments: 66 - 80 MHz, 70 - 84 MHz, 74 - 88 MHz and 88 - 108 MHz.
CXL 4-2C/... is designed for mounting on support tubes with an outer diameter between 27 mm and 65 mm.
The design of the bracket allows the cable to be routed either inside or outside the mast tube.
A fiberglass tube completely encloses the carefully designed radiator element to ensure long, reliable operation in all climates.
Atmospheric discharges are immediately diverted to earth as all metal parts are DC-coupled. Therefore, the antenna has a DC short circuit via the coaxial cable.
This antenna is used where reliability is of the utmost importance. This antenna has been designed with a long service life in mind - it is robust and resistant.
