CXL 2-2C is an omnidirectional base station antenna with 0 dBd gain.
The antenna covers the complete band: 144 - 175 MHz.
CXL 2-2C is designed for mounting on support tubes with an outer diameter between 27 mm and 65 mm.
The design of the bracket allows the cable to be routed either inside or along the outside of the mast tube.
A fiberglass tube completely encloses the carefully designed radiator element to ensure long, reliable operation in all climates.
Atmospheric discharges are immediately conducted to earth as all metal parts are DC earthed (so the antenna has a DC short circuit via the coaxial cable).
This antenna is used where reliability is of the utmost importance. This antenna has been designed with a long service life in mind - it is robust and resistant.
