FEATURES/ADVANTAGES

• This active antenna is designed for use in the UHF band, e.g. for TETRA, CDMA, ICE and GPS.
• The antenna consists of a high-performance, fiber-optic encapsulated antenna element and an active GPS antenna. The latter is built into the antenna base together with a diplex filter. Only one downward cable is therefore required.
• The antenna element is a ½ λ antenna for the frequency range of the UHF band in the 380 - 467 MHz range.
• The GPS antenna has full hemispheric coverage and a built-in high-gain, low-noise amplifier.
• The necessary supply voltage (5 V DC) for the amplifier is supplied via the coaxial cable that runs downwards. Up to 30 m of RG 214/U coaxial cable can be used between the antenna and the receiver/transceiver.
• Thanks to the careful selection of materials, the MA 70/GPS 4/... is designed for the harshest climatic conditions and guarantees many years of trouble-free operation.
