With the LW-SS-1" universal mast mount, all antennas specially designed for mounting on 1" water pipes can be mounted on any type of horizontal or vertical mast pipe, as long as the outer diameter of the pipe is between 16 and 54 mm.
The mounting bracket is made of stainless steel and is therefore ideal for marine use.
The 1" water pipe mounting system for antennas has become established worldwide in the shipping industry: The antennas are fitted with a rotating nut that fits water pipes with a 1" thread (G1" - 11).
The design of the clamp allows the downlead cable to be routed either on the inside or outside of the mast tube.
Available as an ATEX version if equipotential bonding is not provided via the mounting bracket and an earthing kit is required.
With the GP adapter (to be ordered separately), the LW-SS-1" can be used for GP antennas with GP heads.
The LW-SS-1" mounting clamp is a member of a complete family of different mounting clamps for 1" tubular antennas. The complete range is shown below. The LW-SS-1" or one of these accessories can be used for the vast majority of installations.
